Lucky Dog Boarding
Who are the owners?
We are The Benge Family. We took over Lucky Dog Boarding in June of 2023. We are both teachers full-time and enjoy loving on the pups that stay with us. We have one daugther, Pressley and three pups of our own, Copper, Jett and Maisie. We have absolutely loved taking over this buisness and cannot wait to meet you and your pups. We will treat them just like they are our own!
A note from the Owners:
We first want to thank all of our customers for entrusting us with your pet’s care while you are away.
1) All boarding reservations made for 2025 will require a $50 (fifty dollar) non refundable deposit. to be paid within 24 hours of booking. If not paid within 24 hours, the reservation will be removed from the system. Deposits will hold the reservation for the dates initially booked. Deposits will not be transferred/moved to a later date. Deposits may be paid via Venmo, PayPal, cash app, cash or check (checks may be mailed). No card payments will be accepted for deposits. All deposits will be applied to the boarding balance. (The deposit is not an extra fee/charge).
2) As we have a family of our own, we ask that all customers be respectful and adhere to our posted hours. Please book an extra day(s) if you are unsure of your travel schedule/arrival back in town. Our 2025 hours will be as follows:
August-May:
Monday-Friday 4-6 PM
Saturday 9AM-Noon
Sunday 2PM-3 PM
June and July 2025:
JUNE 2nd - JUNE 6th HOURS:
4:00PM-6:00PM (for both drop off and pick up)
Monday-Friday 9-11 AM and 4-6 PM
Saturday 9 AM-Noon
Sunday 2PM-3PM
3) Our Sunday hours for 2025 will be 2-3PM only.
We will no longer have morning hours on Sundays.
4) Our rate will remain $25/dog per night (2 night minimum). Our single night rate is $30/dog.
5) When possible, please book well in advance to ensure availability, especially for the Summer and school breaks.
6) Please watch your speed as you proceed down our driveway.
🌟 Beginning April 1st, we will no longer have an onsite groomer. We will be offering going home baths for $10. 🌟

What are the rates?
$25 per dog / per night
$30 for one night only
$10 for going home bath
What do your dogs need to board with us?
- Up-to-date Rabies shot
- Up-to-date Bordatella shot
- Up-to-date DHPP (Distemper) shot
- Dog food/treats/medicine - You may choose to prepackage your pups food (we have found this to be VERY helpful for us :) ) or you may bring it in a container/bag. Please send any treats and medicines with instructions on when to give and how to give it.

What are our drop-off / pick up times for the 2025 year?
Monday - Friday
4pm - 6pm
Saturday
9am - 12pm
Sunday
2pm - 3pm
*If you cannot pick up/drop off during these times, please plan to pick up your pup the next day during one of these times.
*If you think you will need an extra day, book it! We cannot guarantee that we will have room if you need to add on a day at the end of your stay.
